Data controller

Personal data sent through the contact form or by email is controlled by Kinga Chudzik (contact: kontakt@kingachudzik.com).

What data and why

I process the data you enter in the form — your name, email address or phone number, inquiry type, wedding date (if you provide it) and message — only to reply to your inquiry and prepare an offer. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and my legitimate interest in handling correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Providing the data is voluntary, but I cannot reply without it.

Who receives the data

• the email delivery service (Resend), which sends the message from the form to my inbox,
• my email provider,
• the website hosting provider (Vercel Inc.), which technically handles traffic to the site.

Messages are processed on servers in the European Union (Resend — Ireland, Vercel — Sweden). Both providers are US companies, so access from outside the EEA cannot be excluded; it takes place under standard contractual clauses or a European Commission adequacy decision.

How long

For as long as needed to handle your inquiry; if we work together, for the duration of the cooperation and the legally required record-keeping period. If we do not work together, I delete the correspondence within 12 months at the latest.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data and to object to its processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
